App(Medusa) respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, the APP will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the App will not disclose such information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. The App will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to the Application Service Usage Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy policy is an integral part of the Application Service Usage Agreement.

1. Scope of application

a) Personal registration information provided by you in accordance with the requirements of the App when you register an account of the App;

b) Information on your browser and computer automatically received and recorded by the App when you use the network services of the App or visit the web pages of the App platform, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics information and web page records required by you;

c) Users' personal data obtained by the App from business partners through legal means.

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:

a) Keyword information entered by you when using the search services provided by the Application Platform;

b) Information and data collected by the App and published by you in the App, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

c) Acts in violation of legal provisions or the Rules of the Application and measures taken against you by the Application.

a) The App will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless prior permission is obtained from you, or such third party and the App (including affiliated companies of the App) provide services for you individually or jointly, and they will be prohibited from accessing all such information including those previously accessible to them after the service is terminated.

b) The App also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any user of the App Platform engages in the above activities, upon discovery, the App shall have the right to immediately terminate the Service Agreement with such user.

c) For the purpose of serving users, the App may, through the use of your personal information, provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or share information with the App's partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information disclosure

Under the following circumstances, the App will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal will or the provisions of the law:

e) If you are a qualified IPR complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, disclose it to the respondent so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

f) In case any party to a transaction created on the App Platform fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and requests for information disclosure, the App has the right to decide to provide such user with the contact information and other necessary information of its counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of the dispute.

g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by the App in accordance with laws, regulations or policies of the Website.

4. Information storage and exchange

The information and data about you collected by the App will be stored in the servers of the App and/or its affiliates, and such information and data may be sent to the country or region where you are located or outside the territory where the information and data collected by the App are located and can be accessed, stored and displayed outside the territory.

5. Use of cookies
